1. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given.
2. Public Participation.
To resolve if necessary, to temporarily suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 15 minutes to allow for a period of public participation. Members of the public may raise subjects, which they wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council. Items relating to matters on the agenda will be taken first and any decisions will be made when the meeting is declared opened.
3. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
4. Notes of the last meeting of 22nd July 2020 to be approved as the Minutes.

a) Financial - Audit Report to Year end 31st March 2020. AGAR Public Rights.
b) Financial Statement @ 29/09/2020. Payments due: Glendale Grass cutting invoices.
7. Planning Matters.
a) Update Minute ref 16/20/07. Red Lion housing development. Variation Application -
S/011/01294/20 | Planning Permission - Erection of 2no. detached houses each with a detached single garage and erection of detached double garages. 2nd Variation Amendment to Plots 2, 4 & 5 to increase car parking space & request for 2nd Archaeological dig report.
Full Planning Permission subject to Conditions granted 08/10/2020. 2
b) Update Minute ref 17/20/07. Eastfield farm. - S/122/00354/20 resubmitted planning application refused. Applicant has lodged an appeal against refusal.
c) Planning Permission - S/011/01699/20 Erection of a detached car port. Grange farm barns, west lane, Baumber.
8. Road Sign complaints - Chapel Row Baumber.
