You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Baumber Parish Council on Wednesday 20 October 2021 commencing 7.30pm at Baumber Village Hall.

In accordance with the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 as amended by Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A the Public and press may attend the meeting. 

The recording at Council Meetings is permitted with the full knowledge of the Chairman of the meeting and must be conducted openly.

26/21/10 Apologies for absence. 

To receive any apologies for absence.

27/21/10  Public Participation. 

To resolve if necessary, to temporarily suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 15 minutes to allow for a period of public participation.  Members of the public may  raise subjects, which they wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council.  
Items relating to matters on the agenda will be taken first and any decisions will be made when the meeting is declared opened.

30/21/10  Clerks report on matters outstanding:

Update ref: 28/20/10 Highway matters - Missing St Swithin's Church sign. Clerk raised this with LCC's Highways Manager at a site visit on 23 April. Still chasing as LCC Highways have seemingly appointed a new manager.

Update ref: 29/20/10. Speeding Traffic - Camera Van. White village gateways on A158 approaches to Baumber installed. Clerk has replaced old faded 30mph signs with existing signs & ordered and received 5 new signs which require agreement on the siting.

Update ref:30/20/10. Footpaths -  Foot paths road side A158 outstanding - Clerk liaising with Cllr Bradwell re clearance of A158 road side footpath towards Stourton Lodge &  footpath from the Thatched Cottage to Bullwinkles Garage.

Update ref: 33/20/10. BPC new compliant website. Clerk liaising with previous LALC web site support - BPC Minutes & Agenda's updated etc., - New LALC Website Management Support Agreement. 

Update ref: 34/20/10. Littering - still ongoing issue - Cllr M Jones regularly litter picking throughout village for collection by EDLC.

Update ref: 21/21/05. 22/21/05  West Lane hedge removal & newly installed gate. Clerk has raise matter with ELDC enforcement to arrange site visit which is outstanding.

Update ref: 40/20/10. Chapel Row Road Sign - Complaint re over painting of sign.

Original street sign reinstated.

Update ref:05/20/07  Flooding on Silver St (B1225)  Cllr Jones is monitoring flood conditions after periods of heavy rainfall & works undertaken appear to have alleviated matter.

32/21/10 Planning - Updates.

Update ref: 18/20/05. Red Lion housing development. Variation Application

S/011/01294/20 | Planning Permission - Erection of 2no. detached houses each with a detached single garage  2nd Variation Amendment.  Awaiting agreement and publication of post construction conditions - 08/02/2021. 

The Lilacs S/011/00864/21 Lincoln Road Baumber. Planning Permission - Extensions and alterations to existing house to provide a kitchen, garden room and veranda with first floor bedroom with ensuite and balcony over. Erection of a detached double garage on the site of an existing porch and garage which are to be demolished. 

Clerk submitted BPC consultation response 20th May 2021 - registering support.

Planning Permission Granted 24/06/2021.
 
Update ref: 20/21/05  Manor Farm Lincoln Road Alleged Contravention of Development Consent. Clerk submitted agreed BPC statement to ELDC Planning Enforcement raising concerns.

33/21/10  Planning - New Application.

Lakeside Fisheries S/011/01670/21 Lincoln Road, Baumber. Planning Permission -    Change of use, conversion of and alterations to the existing (derelict) building to provide a dwelling.

34/21/10 Update: 21/21/05  Definitive Map Footpath No 92 Water Tower FP north to Kings Farm- Gt Stourton - complaints regarding condition & accessibility. Clerk & Chairman attended site meeting with LCC's Footpath Officer - advised re-instatement is compliant. 

35/21/10 Update 21/21/05 Un - adopted historical footpath West Lane - St Swithin's -kissing gate & access to Footpath 92 (site visit as above) Clerk liaised with LCC's Footpath Officer who advised on submitting application form and procedure for footpath to be formally adopted.   

36/21/10  Report Glendale - St Swithin's Damaged Grave Stones. 

37/21/10 Update LCC Treescape Application & Proposed planting site.
 
38/21/10 Update: Baumber Village Hall Car Park improvements.

39/21/10 Cllr (3) Vacancies on Baumber PC. Vacancies have been publicised & approved for Co- Option.
